ABOUT NIRAALA
Niraala (ನಿರಾಳ ) is derived from a Kannada word that reflects a sense of calm, ease, and relieved.
This space was created with the belief that healing does not need to be rushed or forced. Often, clarity emerges when we slow down, feel safe, and are gently supported in understanding ourselves more deeply.

ABOUT THE THERAPIST

Hi I’m Prakruthi, a Counsellor, CBT-oriented Psychotherapist, and Dream Analyst, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counselling and over five years of experience working with both adults and children.
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about understanding what is happening within—and learning how to respond with clarity and compassion. At Beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar, and that’s okay. Niraala, sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive, and collaborative.
My work focuses on creating a safe, respectful, and calm therapeutic relationship—one where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I integrate structured CBT techniques with deeper psychotherapeutic exploration, allowing therapy to be both practical and emotionally meaningful.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy at Niraala begins wherever you are.
