Niraala (ನಿರಾಳ ) is derived from a Kannada word that reflects a sense of calm, ease, and relieved.

This space was created with the belief that healing does not need to be rushed or forced. Often, clarity emerges when we slow down, feel safe, and are gently supported in understanding ourselves more deeply.

ABOUT THE THERAPIST

I’m Prakruthi, a Counsellor, CBT-oriented Psychotherapist and a dream analyst.
With master’s degree in clinical psychology and counselling. I’ve been working with adults and children for over five years.
